What Shipping Methods are Available?
We offer two options. 1-2 day delivery or the option to collect from us at our Borehamwood distribution warehouse during the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t offer this as standard, however should you wish to place an international order, please use the details on the Contact us page and get in touch. Provide the details of your order and your delivery location and we will try to help.
I need something right now!
If you find yourself in need of our products with immediate effect contact us on 0208 440 8444. We may be able to arrange and immediate courier to site for a mutually agreed fee or for collection from our Borehamwood Distribution warehouse.
Do you offer FREE postage?
No, unfortunately we cannot offer FREE postage on any orders any more due to recent price rises and postage insurance costs put in place by all of the major carriers. This will be a 1-2 delivery service. Our postage is always a next day dispatch with orders placed between Monday and Thursday before 2pm, and we only use PREMIUM courier companies, primarily UPS or Royal Mail. All orders dispoatched are tracked.
Can you aid me with a Project Specification?
Yes we can – Send in photographs, site drawings, or whatever you have along with a detailed description to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org . We will always aim to provide a product speciifcation and quotation that same day.
I have a question regarding installation of a product?
Give us a call or drop us an email and one of our technical staff willbe happy to assist you with your query. Our staff have selected these products after having extensively installed and worked with this products or several years so we pride ourselves on our product knowledge.
What warranties do your products come with?
Each product differs in its individual warranty lengths, terms and conditions. We will support any claims on manfacturers warranties by supplying proof of purchases were required.
I need technical assistance – help!
No problem – Call us, provide your invoice number and we will offer you help over the phone with the installation, set up or operation of whatever product you have purchased from us. We are sure we will be able help you out. Just look below for a link to our contact details.
Orders and Returns
When will I recieve my order?
Our postage is operated under a next day dispatch if the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. The delivery option is therefore 1-2 working days from date of purchase. If an order is placed Friday – Sunday these will be dispatched the next working day. All ourt shipments are tracked and your invoice will usually contain the tracking ID code. We ship most items value over £50 with UPS tracked. Under this value will often be by Royal Mail
I recieved my order but want to return it.
If you inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving your purchased goods that you want to cancel we will authorise a refund. You will have another 14 days to return the goods to us, and we will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You have exactly the same rights to refunds whether buying items in a sale or at full price. A rehandling charge of 20% will be charged.
What name will I see on my invoice / bank statement?
MyKudu is a trading name of Greenheat UK limited. Therefore invoices will be dispatched under the Grerenheat UK Limited company identity. On credit card payments mykudu should appear against the purchase. On paypal payments this will likely again refer back to Greenheat UK.
I want to return a product?
Contact us within 14 days. As per our terms and conditions you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage unless the item was delivery to you in an unacceptable condition OR the incorrect product was dispatched OR the product was delivered in a faulty condition.
